English as the Official Language

As economic globalization progresses, more and more Japanese companies are conducting business in foreign countries. Some of them have made English their official language. By doing so, they have made international business communications easier and attracted capable foreign workers. In these companies, all the documents are written in English and the employees have to speak in English at the meetings.
